Children under 16 and babies must be accompanied by an adult to all appointments
A polite note
On your first appointment it would be a helpful to arrive 5 minutes early to fill out a very short registration form. 24 hours notice is required if you wish to cancel an appointment. If you do not notify the practice, you will be charged the full fee. This also applies for missed appointments. Payment by cash, cheque or bank transfer.
